If you would like to view the product prices and stock availability, then please fill in your e-mail address below in the "Register here" box. The "click here to sign up" button will take you through to a "Business Details" form for you to complete. Please enter "UK Mainland" as your country when filling in your details, using the drop-down country selection arrow. This helps determine the carriage charge necessary  to cover the delivery cost to the UK Mainland. All orders over £200.00 net of vat are free carriage. The minimum order value of £100.00 will cost £10.00 + vat for the delivery. This delivery charge will be added to all orders with values between £100.00 & £200.00 and the expected delivery time will be approximately 1 to 2 days from our warehouse.

When we receive your Business details we will be able to give you a "temporary e-mail & password" login, which will let you enter the website and view the prices and stock availability, but not let you buy yet. However, the temporary e-mail & password will allow you to prepare orders in our on-line shop. When you have finished your order preparation, you can then press "checkout & pay" which will give you a link which says "Please click here to request online buying facility". It will ask you to confirm your own e-mail address. We will then forward you a "Welcome letter" confirming your own e-mail and your chosen password, and then you will be able to buy on-line.

All information received by Ricara Trading remains confidential and will not under any circumstances be passed on to any third party.

Our on-line secure payment system is controlled by www.protx.com who is the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. All applications are personally considered and we reserve the right to refuse to offer a trading account without reason.

As a "Trade Only" supplier, "Retail Users" should be aware that the distance selling directive does not apply to purchases made from the Ricara Trading website. When you make the decision that you would like to "buy on-line", please advise us via e-mail. We will then "switch on" your Customer Details for you to go ahead and "Login" using your own e-mail address and your own password which you filled in originally on your Business Details form.

When you buy on-line, you will only be able to buy from stock. If there is no "buy" button showing against a product, that means it is not available to buy. It will give you the assurance that your order is in stock, and will be dispatched on the working day that your order is received on-line. If you wish to reserve any stock which is indicated as arriving at a certain future date, then please advise your requirements by a direct separate e-mail to sales@ricaratrading.co.uk. We would then advise you immediately the stock is ready to order on-line. There are no credit account facilities for on-line customers.
